The pinion is a part of rotary kiln, girth gear and pinion transmit the motion and the dynamic force according to the required speed ratio.
The rotary kiln tyre, also known as the riding ring (support ring), is used to transfer all the gravity of the cylinder to the support roller, and to make the cylinder rotate smoothly on the supporting roller.
The supporting roller is one of the main parts of the rotary kiln, which partly support the weight of the rotary kiln and allows the cylinder and tire to rotate smoothly on the support roller. The support roller with ultra-endurance becomes one criteria of measuring quality of the rotary kiln.
