Pinion
The pinion is a part of rotary kiln, girth gear and pinion transmit the motion and the dynamic force according to the required speed ratio.
Tyre/Riding Ring
The rotary kiln tyre, also known as the riding ring (support ring), is used to transfer all the gravity of the cylinder to the support roller, and to make the cylinder rotate smoothly on the supporting roller.
Support Roller/Trunnion
The supporting roller is one of the main parts of the rotary kiln, which partly support the weight of the rotary kiln and allows the cylinder and tire to rotate smoothly on the support roller. The support roller with ultra-endurance becomes one criteria of measuring quality of the rotary kiln.
Thrust Roller
The thrust roller is an important auxiliary part of a rotary kiln. It is designed to control the axial vibration of the rotary kiln, so that the tyres and rollers can be evenly distributed on the full width.
Spring Plates
This mounting system works by allowing the shell to expand and contract under the gear. The flexible nature of spring plates are responsive, allowing the drum to expand and contract without infringing on the structural integrity of the gear.

Rotary Kiln Inlet Seal
Kiln Riser Duct / Kiln Inlet Chamber areas are where the hot gas with volatile components counter-flow with kiln feed. The kiln feed reacts with volatile components and becomes sticky material that deposits at the wall.
Rotary Kiln Shell
kiln shell is to protect the kiln lining of the externally heated rotary kiln, reinforce the structure of the electric kiln, and maintain the tightness of the electric kiln, usually by welding the steel plate to the steel frame.
Mill Head
Ball mill head (ball mill end cover) is one of the key components of the ball mill, located at both ends of the ball mill cylinder and is mainly used to support the material, the cylinder and the grinding media.
Head Stock
Headstocks is the machinery part of the sugar mill. They carry sugar mill rollers and trash plate assembly. All forces exerted by the sugar mill rollers while working are come to mill headstocks. Hence mill headstock should sustain those forces without failure.
Pelton Turbine
Pelton Turbine is a Tangential flow impulse turbine in which the pressure energy of water is converted into kinetic energy to form high speed water jet and this jet strikes the wheel tangentially to make it rotate.A Pelton turbine or Pelton wheel is a type of hydro turbine used frequently in hydroelectric power plants. These turbines are generally used for sites with heads greater than 300 meters.
Conveyor Table
The entire function of roller tables is to ensure efficient and speedy movements of various materials, which is why they are commonly used in rolling mills. For a roller conveyor to operate smoothly, there needs to be at least one rigid or almost flat object to touch the rollers and retain steady equilibrium.
Cylindrical Mould
The Cylindrical Mould (or Cylinder Mould) is used to prepare cylinder shaped concrete sample for compression testing.
